Grading & Report Cards

Billy Reagan K-8 Educational Center follows grading policies aligned with Houston ISD standards, designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and academic accountability. Here's a breakdown of the key elements:

  • Grading Policies:

The grading policy is a grading approach designed to close achievement gaps and provide a equitable, mastery-based evaluation of student learning.

  • Report Card Schedule:

  • Access Instructions:

Through HISD Connect powered by PowerSchool, parents and guardians can stay informed by viewing grades, attendance, class schedules, and much more.

Each student is assigned a unique access ID, which parents can use to create an account and view their child's profile through the parent portal.  Parents who have not received their student's access ID should contact the school for assistance.

Please note that each child must be registered individually. If you experience difficulties during registration, ensure that the information entered matches exactly what is on file. For continued issues, contact the HISD Help Desk at 713-892-7378. Help Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
